Accommodation: The place is really nice and clean, it is located very close to the train station and by a 10-15 walk to the city centre. The staff is very helpful, you can do by yourself the check in and the check out but the staff is always there to help you. You can also store your baggage if maybe you have a late departure. The pool is very clean, the water temperature is perfect, you can also request a towel from the reception. It has the perfect size for a quick bath or just to relax. Room: I was very nice surprised, the room was very spacious, the bathroom was modern, you had everything you needed, shampoo, shower gel, towels and hairdryer. Every day we had someone to clean our room.

Location was perfect for me - close to train station, which was really handy, and the neighbourhood seemed nice. A few good little cafes nearby. The room was quite dark but it was nicely decorated and had everything I could need - the shower was excellent with good water pressure, the bed was comfy, and the safe was big enough to fit my laptop etc in. Facilities are great - the laundry was so handy, plenty of spaces to park myself with a book or my laptop, good food and drink at the bar, always someone around to help if needed. It's about a 25 minute walk into the centre of Bologna, although I tended to hire one of the e-bikes dotted about near the train station and cycle in which was fun.

Overall, very good experience. Probably the best and most complete hotel gym I have been to so far: there are machines for all muscle groups (including a Smith machine with plates totaling around 150kg, unusual for a hotel gym, but very welcome), dumbbells up to 24kg and cardio equipment. Also good location, 5 minutes away on foot from the train station, and buses to the city center right across the street.

The hotel was a really cool and inviting space, which on reflection, was absolutely aimed at a younger audience than my partner and I but the quality, location and value for money was too good to turn down and we were made to feel welcome and in safe hands. The room size, styling and facilities were that of a hotel triple the price and a real gem when compared to other hotels in Bologna.

Michael

Very good breakfast buffet with a variety of choices. The restaurant was above average and the foods were very nicely presented and tasty, including a variety of local specialities. The gym is exceptionally good for a hotel gym and includes a variety of high-quality machines, dumbbells, and a smith machine. We also got a free room upgrade to a suite.
